CARPMETAL DOUBLE-GIRDER OVERHEAD CRANES

CARPMETAL SINGLE GIRDER CRANES

Cranes consisting of a single load-bearing girder. They are generally used in cases where there is no need to lift very heavy loads or cover large spans. Typically, their maximum lifting capacity is 10 tons. However, based on customer requirements and technical feasibility, special single-girder cranes can also be designed.

CARPMETAL GANTRY CRANES

Gantry cranes are generally used outdoors and can be either double-girder or single-girder. Unlike traditional overhead cranes, they do not require elevated runways. Instead, they feature a structure commonly referred to as a “portal frame,” consisting of two rigid vertical legs supporting the main girder. The two legs move along rails installed on the ground, allowing the crane to travel while carrying the load.

CARPMETAL SEMI-GANTRY CRANES

The semi-gantry crane has a structure similar to that of a conventional gantry crane but differs in the presence of only one vertical leg, hence its name. The crane operates on runways positioned at different heights. It is generally used outdoors, with one side mounted on the external wall of the industrial building.

CARPMETAL JIB CRANES

There are two types of jib cranes: column-mounted and wall-mounted. The column-mounted jib crane consists of a load-bearing column anchored to the floor, on which a rotating arm is installed, capable of rotating up to 270°. A chain hoist allows the lifting of loads up to 2,000 kg. The wall-mounted jib crane shares the same features as the column-mounted version, except that it is directly fixed to the building’s wall bracket.
