PERIODIC MAINTENANCE

In compliance with Legislative Decree 81/08 – “Consolidated Act on Workplace Safety”, overhead cranes must undergo preventive periodic inspections on a quarterly and annual basis (including at least one general inspection and one rope inspection).

To ensure the safety of your installation, our specialized technicians will check all structural, mechanical, and electrical components. At the end of each inspection, a technical report will be issued for each overhead crane, specifying the operations performed and any anomalies or faults detected.

TRANSPORT AND INSTALLATION

The transport and installation of our products are carried out with the support of external partner companies with whom we have collaborated for years. Specialized and certified teams—composed of assemblers, crane operators, and electricians—together with dedicated vehicles and equipment (trucks, mobile cranes, and aerial platforms), ensure that the transfer and subsequent installation of the crane systems are performed promptly, professionally, and in full safety.

In the event of a plant relocation or similar requirements, we can also arrange the dismantling and subsequent transport of existing lifting installations, which may be preceded by any required modifications carried out at our facility.
